I grew up in a kitchen shaped by my dad, a culinary school-trained chef, where meals were a form of love and the ritual of gathering was sacred.
Over the years, I have come to believe that wellness doesn’t have to mean restriction, and indulgence doesn’t have to mean excess. True luxury is found in intention—in a slow Sunday roast, a beautifully set table, a Tuesday night dinner you’re proud to serve yourself. It’s the feeling of being nourished, seen, and connected.
